Data Accessed
This application requests access to the following Google services:
- Gmail (read-only): Reads emails containing expense receipts to extract transaction details such as date, amount, and merchant name. Only receipt-related emails are accessed.
- Google Sheets (read/write): Writes extracted transaction data to a spreadsheet designated by the user.
How Data Is Used
Data is processed locally on the user's device and used solely for personal expense tracking. No data is shared with any third party. The application does not operate any cloud backend, analytics service, or advertising platform.
Data Retention
Email content is read once and not stored. Authentication tokens are stored locally on the user's device. Processed transaction records are stored in the user's own systems under the user's control.
User Control
Users can revoke this application's Google access at any time via Google Account Settings. All locally stored data can be deleted by the user at any time.
